Cancellation Policy
How membership fees, notice periods, and account terminations work for Sellwhenever Members.
1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, cancellations, and refunds for all agents or brokers ("Members") who have executed a Referral Agreement with Sellwhenever. By accessing or utilizing the services provided by Sellwhenever, Members acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the terms stated in this Policy.
2. Policy Updates
Sellwhenever reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time and for any reason. Updates will be identified by a revised "Last Updated" date. All modifications become effective immediately upon posting on the Sellwhenever website. Members waive any right to receive individual or direct notice of Policy changes. It is the Member's responsibility to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any updates.
3. Membership Fees
By enrolling in any Sellwhenever plan, the Member agrees to pay a non-refundable membership fee as follows:

These fees activate the Member's account and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
4. Term and Termination
Effective Date: This Referral Service Agreement becomes effective on the date the Member enrolls (“Effective Date”) and shall remain in force for one (1) year, automatically renewing annually unless terminated by either party in accordance with this Policy.
Termination Notice: Either Sellwhenever or the Member may terminate the agreement with or without cause by providing 30 days' written or emailed notice.
Right to Suspend/Terminate: Sellwhenever reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, based on internal assessments, violations of terms, or misuse of services.
5. Cancellation Process
To cancel the Referral Service Agreement, the Member must:
- Complete the official "Service Cancellation Form" in full.
- Submit the completed form via email to: info@sellwhenever.co
- Await processing in accordance with the Member's Referral Agreement.
- Obtain a Cancellation Confirmation Number, which will serve as proof of cancellation.
No cancellation is considered final unless a confirmation number is issued by Sellwhenever.
6. Cancelling Your Plan
Membership becomes active on the signup date and remains active until properly terminated. To cancel:
- A 30-day written or emailed notice is required by either party.
- The Member must fully complete and submit the service cancellation form.
- A cancellation confirmation number must be received to finalize the cancellation.
Failure to follow the above steps may result in delays or continued billing.
7. General Terms
This Policy forms an integral part of the Referral Agreement between the Member and Sellwhenever.
Members agree to comply with all terms outlined herein and within the Referral Agreement.
Sellwhenever retains full discretion to interpret, modify, or enforce this Policy as necessary.
All decisions made by Sellwhenever under this Policy are final and binding.
