Refund Policy
When leads fall short of the Referral Agreement, here is how eligibility, reporting windows, and processing work.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the refund of the sign-up fee under the Referral Agreement executed between the Member ("Member") and Sellwhenever. This Policy remains valid for 90 days from the date the Referral Agreement is signed.
2. Refund Eligibility & Request Process
Failure to Provide Leads
If Sellwhenever fails to deliver the leads specified in the Referral Agreement, the Member must submit a formal written reminder requesting the delivery of such leads. If the requested leads are not provided within 15 days of receiving the reminder, the Member becomes eligible to submit a refund request.
Issues with Lead Exclusivity or Engagement
If the Member encounters issues related to lead exclusivity, engagement, or responsiveness, the Member must notify Sellwhenever within 48 hours of receiving the lead(s). A written report, along with supporting evidence, must be submitted. If Sellwhenever fails to resolve the issue or provide replacement leads within 15 days of receiving the report, the Member may submit a refund request.
Lead Replacement
Sellwhenever will make reasonable efforts to replace any leads that do not meet the conditions outlined in the Referral Agreement. If a replacement lead is not provided within 15 days of receiving the Member's report, the Member may request a refund.
3. Timely Reporting Requirement
To qualify for a refund or lead replacement:
The Member must report concerns related to the lead(s)—including non-responsiveness, non-exclusivity, or engagement issues within 48 hours of receiving the lead(s).
If no report is submitted within this timeframe, the leads will be considered accepted, and the Member forfeits the right to request a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@sellwhenever.co, along with all necessary documentation supporting the reported issue(s).
Upon receipt:
- Sellwhenever will initiate an internal investigation, which may involve contacting the leads for verification and reviewing interaction records.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the refund request.
Sellwhenever reserves the right to complete a thorough investigation before issuing any refund.
5. Refund Limitations
Refunds will not exceed the total amount paid by the Member for the Membership Fee during the applicable membership term. Sellwhenever retains the right to collect and disburse referral revenue generated from leads provided to the Member, even if the Member opts out of the program, as long as the referral remains within the 24-month coverage period. Referral fees will be paid to Sellwhenever according to the fee structure agreed upon in the Member's selected plan.
6. Policy Effective Date
This Policy becomes effective on the date the Referral Agreement is executed. It supersedes and replaces all previous refund policies issued by Sellwhenever. By signing the Referral Agreement, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
