Service Provider Pledge of Honor
By participating in Sellwhenever's platform, I, the Service Provider, hereby acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms and responsibilities
While Working with Consumers
I will honor the rates and services as indicated in the leads I have claimed on Sellwhenever's platform.
I will respond to consumer inquiries promptly, whether via email, phone, text, or through Sellwhenever's platform.
I will set clear expectations regarding my availability and, in the event of being unavailable for any period exceeding one (1) business day, I will promptly notify the consumer and Sellwhenever.
I will notify Sellwhenever immediately if the consumer elects to engage with a different company.
While Communicating and Collaborating with Sellwhenever
I will respond as promptly as possible to representatives of Sellwhenever via email, phone, text, or within Sellwhenever's platform.
I will provide regular updates to Sellwhenever every seven (7) days until I have secured the consumer as a client.
I will immediately inform Sellwhenever if I determine that the consumer has decided not to use my services or if I have any reason to believe the consumer may choose another service provider.
I will maintain honesty and transparency in all communications with both consumers and Sellwhenever.
While Using the Sellwhenever Platform
I will provide constructive feedback and suggestions to Sellwhenever representatives regarding the platform's functionality and user experience.
I will complete surveys regarding services, experiences, and opinions about Sellwhenever's platform in an honest and candid manner.
I will collaborate fully with my assigned Sellwhenever Concierge to ensure the platform remains up-to-date and effective.
Acknowledgement of Lead Suspension
I understand and acknowledge that I will cease receiving leads from Sellwhenever if I:
Charge consumers additional or unfair fees that have not been properly disclosed.
Fail to comply with the requirements set forth in this pledge, or fail to fulfill any terms of the Agreement to which this pledge is attached.
By continuing to use Sellwhenever's platform, I confirm my understanding of these terms and my commitment to uphold them throughout our business relationship.
